Ranchi: A 24-year-old patient admitted to the Ranchi Institute of Neuro-psychiatry and Applied Sciences (Rinpas) allegedly died by suicide on Friday, police said. The deceased was identified as Vivek Kumar, a resident of Itkhori area in Chatra district.Police said that Vivek locked himself in a ward and hanged himself from the ceiling fan. A case of unnatural death has been registered in this connection and the body sent for post-mortem examination.
