Koderma: A 22-year-old woman, who was married two months ago, was found dead at her in-laws’ residence in Bagaro village under Domchanch police station limits of the district on Friday. The deceased was identified as Kajal Khatoon. She had married Ayan Ansari two months back. Kajal’s family also lives in Domchanch police station limits.The incident came to light after Ayan made an urgent phone call to Kajal’s parents claiming that her health had deteriorated. Ayan asked them to come to Bagaro. Upon arrival, Kajal’s parents found her lifeless body lying in the bedroom. Ayan and his parents had fled by then.A team from Domchanch police station arrived at the scene and took Kajal’s body for postmortem examination. “An FIR has been registered and investigation into the matter is currently underway. The exact cause of Kajal’s death can be determined after postmortem examination,” SP Kumar Shivashish said. Kajal’s husband and in-laws’ remained at large till the time of filing the report.
