Gorakhpur: To cater to additional rush of passengers, Railways has announced operation of a one-way special train between Lucknow Junction and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai, on Sept 7, said NER CPRO Sumit Kumar said.According to railway officials, the Lucknow Jn–CSMT One-Way Special will depart from Lucknow Junction at 5.10 pm on Monday and halt at Unnao, Kanpur Central, Orai, Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi Junction, Lalitpur, Bhopal, Rani Kamlapati, Itarsi, Khandwa, Bhusaval, Manmad, Nashik Road, Igatpuri, Kalyan Junction and Dadar before reaching CSMT at 6.30 pm the following day.The special train will comprise 21 coaches, including one generator-cum-luggage van, four general second-class coaches, four sleeper coaches, five AC 3-tier economy coaches, three AC 3-tier coaches, two AC 2-tier coaches, one AC first-class coach and one LSLRD coach.Meanwhile, the Railways has diverted the route of two trains due to rise in water levels near bridge-21 between Punpun and Parsa Bazar stations on the East Central Railway network.The Rajgir–Varanasi Express train, departing Rajgir on Sept 6, is being operated via Patna–Ara–Buxar–Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction. Similarly, the Varanasi–Rajgir Express train, leaving Varanasi on Sept 6, is running via the Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction–Buxar–Ara–Patna route, officials said.
