The Ahmedabad bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the resolution plan submitted by a consortium comprising Inox Neo Energies Limited and Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited for the acquisition of Wind World (India) Limited (WWIL), paving the way for the transfer of the renewable energy company’s independent power producer (IPP) and operations & maintenance (O&M) businesses.

Inox Green Energy Services informed stock exchanges on Tuesday that the NCLT orally pronounced its order on July 27 approving the resolution plan dated February 13, 2026, along with an addendum dated May 20, 2026. The company said a detailed disclosure would be made once it receives the certified copy of the order.

The approval follows the Committee of Creditors’ decision in February to select the consortium as the successful resolution applicant under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. A Letter of Intent had subsequently been issued and accepted by the consortium.

Under the approved resolution plan, InoxGFL Group companies will acquire Wind World’s independent power producer and power sale undertaking, along with its O&M business, in the manner permitted under the plan. Authum and/or its affiliates will acquire certain identified real estate and other assets of WWIL.
