These include the student’s name, programme or course allotted, subject combination, Class 12 board, marks obtained, percentage scored, category details, counselling information, and the list of documents required for admission. Students should immediately contact their respective colleges if they find any discrepancy in the information provided.
Several popular courses such as Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (BAF), Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSc IT), and Psychology have continued to witness intense competition this year due to high demand among applicants. Candidates selected in the third merit list must report to their allotted colleges for document verification within the specified period. They are required to carry original documents along with photocopies for verification. Commonly required documents include Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, school leaving certificate, migration certificate (if applicable), caste certificate, domicile certificate, passport-size photographs, and other documents specified by the college.
After successful verification of documents, students must pay the admission fee before June 9, 2026, to confirm their seat. Mumbai University has clearly stated that failure to complete document verification or fee payment within the deadline may result in cancellation of the allotted seat. Such vacant seats may subsequently be offered to other eligible candidates in future admission rounds.
