Mumbai: The Tilak Nagar police arrested two men this week for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl who had approached one of the two accused for help while preparing her rationing card. The accused called the girl near Chheda Nagar on Feb 15 and took her to nearby bushes, where one of his friends also arrived. A case was registered.
