Mangaluru: In order to help final-year undergraduate students, Mangalore University evaluated the sixth-semester papers on priority and announced the results on Tuesday. Results for 15,534 final sem students were announced three days after the evaluation, on the official Mangalore University UUCMS website — www.uucms.karnataka.gov.inMU recently concluded the second, fourth, and sixth-semester exams for all undergraduate programs in June-July 2025. The evaluation began on July 2 and was conducted across four centres. The evaluation for the sixth semester was completed on July 19.Mangalore University VC PL Dharma officially announced the results at the varsity’s Syndicate Hall. Present at the event were university registrar K Raju Mogaveera, registrar (evaluation) Devendrappa H, finance officer Y Sangappa, and other officials.The results for sixth-semester students of BSc, BCom, BSW, BCA, BBA, BSc, BA, BHM, and BVA programmes have been announced. Results for the second and fourth semesters, as well as eighth semester of BHM, BA (SLP), and non-NEP programme repeat students, will be announced shortly, said Devendrappa.This time, Mangalore University implemented a fully computerised online system for recording marks directly at the evaluation centres, allowing prompt announcement of results. With the full cooperation of coordinators, exam board presidents, evaluators, and non-teaching staff at all exam centres, the evaluation was completed on time, enabling quick release of results.
