Vadodara: The Management Students Association (MSA-PG), in association with the Department of Commerce and Business Management, the Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU), organised a guest lecture on “Right Habits, Bright Growth” on Saturday.The lecture was delivered by Dr Milind Vohra, lead–administration and deputy manager at IDMC Ltd, who is also known for his motivational talks on personal excellence and professional development.Addressing management students, he emphasised the importance of cultivating the right habits to achieve sustained personal and professional growth.Vohra highlighted how disciplined routines, goal-oriented thinking, and positive behavioural practices can significantly enhance academic performance, leadership qualities, and career progression. He encouraged students to consciously build habits that align with their long-term aspirations.The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members.
