Bhubaneswar: The state govt on Sunday appointed 1996-batch IAS officer Saswata Mishra as principal secretary to chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi. Additionally, he will continue to serve as finance secretary and chairman, IDCO. The CM’s principal secretary post was vacant since IAS officer Nikunja Dhal left on central deputation in May.
