Nagpur: A 17-year-old girl from Kuhi taluka of Nagpur district has become six months pregnant after her 21-year-old maternal cousin allegedly subjected her to repeated sexual abuse, according to a police FIR registered this week.The complainant, who suffers from epileptic fits, was allegedly brought by the accused from Bhandara district on his two-wheeler to a private hospital in Nagpur for treatment on multiple occasions.The FIR states that the cousin is alleged to have sexually exploited repeatedly over months, resulting in the pregnancy. The matter came to light when her health deteriorated and she was examined at a rural hospital in Kuhi, where doctors confirmed advanced pregnancy and issued a medical report. Police have registered case under relevant sections of the BNS and the POCSO Act.
