Lucknow: A 15-year-old boy heading to his coaching institute was killed after his motorcycle was hit by a truck near Lal Nagar village in Lucknow’s Para area on Friday evening.The accident took place around 6.45pm when the boy was going to attend classes on his motorcycle. A truck travelling from Kanpur towards Hardoiya crossing hit his motorcycle near the village.Residents rushed the teenager to Era Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.The truck driver was detained by Para police.Police completed the ‘panchnama’ and sent the body for postmortem. “Further action will be taken after receiving a complaint from the boy’s family, a police officer said.
