Bhubaneswar: In a minor IAS reshuffle, the govt on Tuesday gave additional charge of excise secretary to RS Gopalan, chief electoral officer, Odisha. He will also hold the additional charge of chairman, Odisha State Beverages Corporation Limited. Excise secretary Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma, who had additional charge secretary, forests, environment and climate change department, will remain the secretary, forests, environment and climate change. Tourism secretary Balwant Singh was given additional charge of chairperson, Odisha State Highway Authority (OSHA). Singh earlier held additional charge of MD, OSHA. The same was cancelled.
