Thiruvananthapuram: Union minister of state (independent charge) for science and technology and earth sciences Jitendra Singh, will deliver the fifth P Parameswaran memorial lecture in the state capital on Saturday. The lecture is being organised by Bharatheeya Vichara Kendram (BVK).The theme of this year’s memorial lecture is ‘Viksit Bharat @ 2047: Science, Technology and Future Ready Innovation for National Transformation’.
N Santhosh Kumar, general secretary, BVK, will deliver the welcome address. The presidential address will be delivered by R Sanjayan, director, Bharatheeya Vichara Kendram. Felicitations will be offered by A Rajarajan, director of Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre. P Parameswaran was a writer, thinker, ideologue and founder director of BVK.
