Srinagar, March 13 : The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has forecast erratic weather in Jammu and Kashmir till March 20, with possibilities of rain and snow in various parts of the region. The past 24 hours’ weather data is attached.
Generally dry weather is expected on March 13-14, followed by cloudy conditions with light to moderate rain and snow in higher reaches on March 15-16. Similar conditions are predicted for March 17-18 and 19-20, with possibilities of light to moderate rain and snow at many places.
Residents are advised to be cautious of possible thunder and gusty winds on March 15 evening. Farmers, meanwhile, can resume farm operations on March 13-14, according to the MET Centre Srinagar’s advisory.
