New Delhi: Indian Youth Congress (IYC) organised a Mega Job Fair 2026 at Talkatora Stadium on Friday and the party claim to provide opportunities to thousands of young job seekers participated in the event.“Around 150 companies, including Tata AIA, Flipkart, Zepto, Voltas, Tech Mahindra, Paytm, Aditya Birla Group, Hitachi and Urban Company, conducted interviews during the fair. More than 9,000 youth registered offline, and approximately 7,000 candidates received on-the-spot job offers. Many others were shortlisted for further rounds of recruitment,” said Varun Pandey, national chairman, IYC media department.IYC national president Uday Bhanu Chib said that unemployment remains the biggest challenge facing India’s youth and that the party is working on a vision of ‘Jobs, Justice and Accountability’. He said the job fair was an effort to create employment opportunities and respond to the aspirations of young people.“The overwhelming turnout reflected the aspirations of a generation seeking opportunities and meaningful employment. The youth, frustrated by paper leaks and cancelled examinations, now seeks change,” said members. Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Devendra Yadav and other senior functionaries were present on the occasion.
