Mysuru: A mega health check-up camp will be organised at the premises of Sri Uttaradi Mutt on May 31, from 9 am to 1 pm. The health camp is being conducted as part of ‘Mysuru Digvijaya 2026’ yatra of 1008 Sri Satyatma Teertha Swami and in connection with the observance of Adhika masa. The initiative is jointly organised by Swastha Mysuru, Sri Uttaradi Mutt Roga Vimochana Sri Dhanvanthri Sannidhana, HH Sri Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadiyar Foundation and Arogya World India Trust.Speaking to reporters on Friday, Mysuru royal family member Pramoda Devi Wadiyar urged people not to ignore health-related issues and stressed the importance of early diagnosis and timely treatment in preventing serious illnesses. She appealed to the public to make the best use of the free health camp.More than 150 doctors from leading hospitals across the city will participate in the camp. Around 1,500 people are expected to benefit from the initiative. The camp will offer a wide range of medical services, including blood tests, cardiac screening, cancer screening, bone density tests, dental check-ups, eye examinations and pap smear tests for women.
