Pramila Pandey bluntly told the Chief Engineer of the Municipal Corporation and all zonal officers that wherever CM Grid work was underway, water must be sprinkled three times a day to prevent pollution. She also directed that roads where work had been completed should be repaired, and asked that this work be completed this month. The mayor further instructed that a massive cleaning drive should be carried out before Holi so that after Holi there was no problem in removing soil and other garbage placed at Holika Dahan sites. Officials informed the mayor that Holika would be burnt at 650 places in the city and that the Municipal Corporation was putting soil at all these locations. During the meeting, displeasure was also expressed over the movement of files related to development works, and instructions were given to move the files through the Municipal Corporation employee.
