TNN Ludhiana: Police arrested a 52-year-old mason for sexually assaulting his 15-year-old daughter repeatedly. The survivor said she recorded one such incident on her mobile phone and showed it to her mother.In her police complaint, the survivor’s mother said that on Feb 18, she was out of the house while her daughter was alone at home. In the evening when she returned, she saw the teenager crying. On being questioned, she said her father had molested her. She added that he had assaulted her on previous occasions too and asked her to stay silent. The investigating officer said a case was filed under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the accused arrested.
