Prayagraj: A 40-year-old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a hotel room in Bharauti village in trans-Ganga area on Tuesday, police said.The deceased, identified as Mahendra Kumar, was employed with a finance company and had checked into the hotel on Monday night.Police said the exact cause of death would be ascertained only after postmortem. However, preliminary investigations suggest that he may have suffered a cardiac arrest or succumbed to a pre-existing medical condition.The deceased was a resident of Loh Gajri Khanpur Dandi in Handia.
