Kanpur: A 38-year-old man died under suspicious circumstances in Karthiya village under Mohammadabad police station limits in Farrukhabad district, with his wife alleging that he was strangled by a local youth.The deceased was identified as Achelal. His wife, Kiran, accused a youth from the same village of murdering him by strangulation.After receiving information about the incident, SHO Balram Mishra reached the spot along with a police team. A forensic team examined the scene and collected evidence.Police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem examination. Officials said the exact cause of death would be ascertained after the post-mortem report was received.
