New Delhi: A man was apprehended for killing his friend over an old dispute by hitting him in the head with a blunt object. The body was found after residents complained of a foul smell coming from a jhuggi at Pandara Park.Following this, two teams were set up by Tilak Marg police station tasked with examination of footage from more than 100 CCTV cameras installed near the place of occurrence and along adjoining routes. It was found that the suspect, Rakesh, had escaped using the deceased’s motorcycle. He had fled to Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar in Maharashtra, from where he was apprehended following a raid.
