Nagpur: Concerned over mounting academic losses suffered by students awaiting examination results, Maharashtra Higher Education Department has directed all public non-agricultural universities and their affiliated colleges to declare pending examination results by July 31. The directive comes amid widespread delays that have left thousands of students unable to complete admissions.In a circular issued on Monday, director of Higher Education Shailendra Devlankar instructed universities to ensure that all pending results are declared within the stipulated deadline. The department also directed universities to upload digital copies of the results immediately on their official websites.Nagpur University (NU) is among the universities grappling with delayed results. According to university officials, more than 350 examination results remain pending across various courses.The delay has already affected a large number of NU students seeking admission to postgraduate programmes and professional courses.
