Ludhiana: Ludhiana police have released a traffic and security plan for the religious event “Ek Shaam Shiv Ke Naam,” scheduled to take place at Daresi Ground on Friday evening.The programme, beginning at 6.30 pm, will feature a performance by singer Kailash Kher and will be attended by chief minister Bhagwant Mann and Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kejriwal.To manage crowd movement and prevent congestion, ACP traffic Jatin Bansal stated that several roads surrounding the venue will function as no-vehicle zones.
