This knowledge will empower them to integrate AI responsibly in governance, law, science and research,” said vice-chancellor Prof Jai Prakash Saini. While AI courses in law and computer science were already underway, the university has now extended the curriculum to all departments. The courses will include practical sessions and conceptual learning enabling students to earn a certificate upon completion. The programme is designed to provide foundational understanding as well as applied insights making it relevant for future professional scenarios. “Over the coming semesters, students will have hands-on workshops, project-based learning and interactions with AI experts to further strengthen their knowledge,” Saini added.
