Ludhiana: A group of residents on Neela Jhanda Road alleged that three youths hurled glass bottles at them following an altercation over loud music and rash driving late Wednesday night. Police said the rival party had also submitted a complaint against the residents.According to area resident Jasbir Singh, a few youths regularly drove through the area playing loud music in their cars, which residents did not like.He said a group of youths were passing through the area around midnight in their black Scorpio, playing loud music, when he asked the driver to slow down and turn down the volume.Jasbir said shortly afterwards, three youths on a motorcycle arrived and started hurling glass bottles at the residents.
