Sponsored Story

Lindsey Thornburg is a NYC-based luxury outerwear brand, handcrafting pieces from Pendleton wool blankets in our Manhattan atelier. We’re hiring a Production & Operations Associate to support our production team day to day and help bring a new inventory system online. You’ll work directly under our Director of Operations, keeping the details of production and fulfillment running smoothly. It’s a hands-on, detail-heavy role with genuine room to grow — it starts part-time and is expected to become a full-time salaried position in early 2027.
What You’ll Do
Working under the direction of our Director of Operations, you’ll:

  • Assist with set up and roll out of our new inventory/production system ApparelMagic; you’ll be trained with the software and then be responsible for its ongoing maintenance
  • Keep product data updated in ApparelMagic (including: meeting notes, fabric and trim updates, vendor pricing, and costing)
  • Run inventory counts and keep stock records accurate
  • Support day-to-day production: vendor POs, invoicing, and order confirmations
  • Assist with production planning and maintain our production systems and documentation
  • Assist with shipping and logistics for wholesale orders, including creating shipping labels
  • Assist with calendar co-ordination and meeting logistics for the production team

What You Bring

  • 2+ Years of Production experience in apparel or a related industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in Excel and QuickBooks Online
  • Comfort learning and administering ERP/inventory systems (ApparelMagic experience a plus)
  • A collaborative approach — happy to take direction, support the team, and be someone others can bring questions to
  • Someone looking to grow with the role long-term, not a short-term stopgap

The Details

  • Compensation: $30/hour to start
  • Schedule: Part-time, starting September
  • Growth path: expected to transition into a full-time salaried position in March 2027, taking on a broader production and operations remit as the role expands
  • Early focus: standing up ApparelMagic and getting product and inventory data set up and clean

We are seeking a dedicated energetic candidate for our Fashion Production and Operations Associate role to keep our supply chain running smoothly 🙂  We aim to deliver a comprehensive fashion experience while advancing your career in a lively, supportive and hands-on environment.
