The three institutions — Lighthouse Learning, Clifton College and PSG Clifton International School — will work together.

New Delhi: Lighthouse Learning has taken ownership of Pathways School Gurgaon and renamed it PSG Clifton International School, following a partnership with UK-based Clifton College.

The partnership marks Clifton College’s first collaboration outside the UK in its 164-year history, according to the announcement.

Lighthouse Learning said it would work with Clifton College and the school to strengthen academic programmes, facilitate knowledge exchange and create opportunities for international exposure and collaboration for students.

The group said the initiative would build on the school’s existing International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and educational approach, while drawing on Lighthouse Learning’s experience in the Indian education sector and Clifton College’s international network and heritage.

Prajodh Rajan, founder and group CEO of Lighthouse Learning, said the group would build on the school’s existing academic foundation and educational philosophy while expanding opportunities for students.

Prashant Jain, founder of Pathways School Gurgaon, said he was confident that Lighthouse Learning would carry forward the institution’s focus on academic excellence, holistic development and community values.

Captain Rohit Sen Bajaj, director of PSG Clifton International School, said the partnership would help the institution build on its existing foundation while developing new opportunities for students.

Christopher Stevens, executive head of Clifton College Education Group, said the collaboration would allow the partners to exchange expertise and learn from different educational systems.

Lighthouse Learning operates in the school education and early childhood education sectors in India.
