Prayagraj: A trilateral memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the SHUATS, Prayagraj, University of Ladakh, and Tribhuvan University, Nepal during the international conference on ‘Viksit Bharat @ 2047, held at SHUATS, on Monday.The agreement focuses on collaboration in areas like technology development, skill enhancement, policy research, and capacity building. Representatives said the partnership aims to address emerging challenges and strengthen cooperation in academic and research fields.The MoU was signed in the presence of vice-chancellor of the University of Ladakh, Saket Kushwaha, director, Dorje Namgyal, and faculty members Mehboob Ali and Mohammed Raf. Tribhuvan University was represented by Kishor C. Dahal, Dean, and Kapil Kafle, academic representative.From SHUATS, Biswaroop Mehra, pro-vice chancellor (administration), and Ramakant Dubey, director of development and public relations, were present.Organising secretary of the conference Mukesh Maurya said the collaboration is expected to contribute to research and development and promote long-term academic partnership among the institutions.
