T’puram: Kerala State Public Service Commission (PSC) has said that the controversy and allegations surrounding recruitments based on untruth is regrettable.In a statement, the commission said that it will take steps to uphold the trust aspirants have entrusted.It has also refuted the allegations of difference of opinion in the commission’s meeting and reiterated that the decision taken in the commission is unanimous and is based on constitutional values.The commission also goes to great lengths to solve and correct the minor mistakes that must have been found during conduct of recruitment tests and processes to thousands of posts in the govt and other bodies, the statement said.“There is a limitation to the extent to which the commission can react to the allegations because of the need to maintain secrecy of the recruitment process,” the statement said.The PSC also urged people to refrain from tarnishing the recruitment process and its reputation as a trusted agency that conducts recruitment tests in a transparent and efficient manner following the rules of the Constitution.
