Varanasi: Bringing laurels to Varanasi and Uttar Pradesh, Cadet Sanjeevani Rajesh of the 100 UP Battalion NCC, Group Headquarters B, Varanasi, has been selected to represent India in the prestigious National Cadet Corps (NCC) Youth Exchange Programme (YEP) to the United Kingdom.A student of Udai Pratap Autonomous College, Sanjeevani earned her place after successfully clearing a rigorous national-level selection process comprising written tests, interviews, personality assessments and drill evaluations. The selection process saw participation from outstanding NCC cadets representing directorates from across the country.Congratulating the cadet on her achievement, Group Captain and Group Commander of Varanasi NCC Group ‘B’, Vikas Panjiyar, said that the selection reflects Sanjeevani’s dedication, discipline and perseverance. He expressed confidence that she would serve as an excellent ambassador of India and the NCC during her visit to the United Kingdom.NCC officials termed her selection as a proud moment for the Varanasi NCC Group and an inspiration for young cadets aspiring to represent the country on international platforms through the Youth Exchange Programme.
