HASSAN: A teenage girl was found dead under mysterious circumstances at her residence in Karnataka’s Ambika Nagar, Channarayapatna. Her family members suspect foul play and have accused a youth of killing her.Rakshitha was found hanging from the ceiling at her residence.According to her family members, a youth named Naveen had allegedly been harassing her and was responsible for her death.The family members alleged that Naveen had visited her house and misbehaved with the girl. Rakshitha’s father has lodged a complaint with Channarayapatna police in this regard.“Our daughter should get justice. The case should be investigated thoroughly,” the family members demanded.The body has been shifted to Hassan district government hospital for post-mortem examination and other legal procedures. Police said further investigation is underway.A case will be registered based on the complaint.
