BJP Leader K Annamalai on Tuesday Slammed TN CM M K Stalin for his recent remarks. On Stalin’s video message on delimitation, BJP leader K Annamalai says, “Very unfortunate! The kind of language the Chief Minister uses in that video. He is saying that Tamil Nadu will go back to the 1960s, threatening the PM. Very unfortunate, fear-mongering. PM Modi is making every effort to give respect and representation to our mothers and sisters. When the bill came to Parliament in Sept 2023, it was passed unanimously. Now, the PM is trying to implement it earlier so that women do not suffer. We are following a process, and nowhere is it said that it is a population-based increase in Lok Sabha seats…Even before seeing the bill on April 16, the CM’s creating fear in the minds of people is condemnable. It goes against the oath he took as the CM.
