JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA) has bolstered its corporate practice by onboarding three CMS INDUSLAW partners including Siddharth Manchanda, Rashi Saraf and Minhaz Lokhandwala, along with their team of 18 associates and 1 retained partner, Vinit Patwari.
Manchanda has over 17 years of experience in venture capital and private equity investments, corporate M&A, corporate debt financing and general corporate advisory. For more than a decade, he has worked on domestic and cross-border mandates across sectors, including e-commerce, telecom, education, banking, events and exhibitions, pharmaceuticals, insurance, services, power, logistics and financial services.
Lokhandwala has over 16 years of experience in advising on venture capital, private equity, mergers & acquisitions transactions, and setting up joint ventures. He regularly advises clients on structuring and negotiating investments, exits, share acquisitions and business transfers across sectors and jurisdictions.
Saraf comes with over 17 years of experience specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments. She has advised on structuring and regulatory aspects of cross-border and domestic transactions across the industry in both startups as well as brick & mortar businesses, including promoters, family offices, venture capital and private equity funds.
Manchanda and Lokhandwala will join the Mumbai office of JSA, while Saraf will be based out of the Bengaluru office.
