Srinagar, Sep 17: Jammu and Kashmir’s e-procurement portal has recorded 10,41,543 tenders worth Rs 2,94,856 crore since 2011, with nearly 23 lakh bids received so far.
According to the details accessed by Rising Kashmir, the latest data displayed on the Government’s e-procurement dashboard shows that a total of 22,87,992 bids have been received through the portal since its inception.
As many as 1,304 organisations are registered on the platform, along with 65,175 bidders and 3,678 departmental users.
The data displayed under the “Tender Analysis in Jammu and Kashmir” section provides year-wise details of the number of tenders published during the recent financial years.
According to the details, 1,45,595 tenders worth Rs 48,899 crore were published during 2021-22. The number increased to 1,69,397 tenders worth Rs 50,039 crore in 2022-23, marking the highest annual figure shown in the six-year chart.
In 2023-24, a total of 1,59,706 tenders worth Rs 26,748 crore were published through the portal, while the figure declined to 1,20,369 worth Rs 20,673 crore in 2024-25.
Tendering activity increased again in 2025-26, when 1,33,875 tenders worth Rs 21,008 crore were published, according to the data.
For the ongoing 2026-27 financial year, the dashboard shows 88,750 tenders worth Rs 21,186 crore have been published so far.
The portal’s cumulative figures cover the period from 2011 till date, while the year-wise tender analysis displayed on the dashboard covers financial years from 2021-22 to 2026-27.
The e-procurement system provides an electronic platform for government departments and other organisations to publish tenders and for registered bidders to participate in the bidding process.
The dashboard also indicates the scale of participation in government procurement through the digital platform, with more than 22.87 lakh bids recorded against the tenders published since the system was introduced.
