Ranchi: Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar on Monday met vice-president C P Radhakrishnan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi and presented them with copies of “Samvad Se Vishwas” (From Dialogue to Trust), a publication brought out by Lok Bhavan.“The publication compiles the major initiatives and activities undertaken during Gangwar’s two-year tenure in office. The book highlights key interventions, programmes and achievements associated with the governor’s office over the past two years,” a statement from Lok Bhavan read.Gangwar completed two years in office on Friday.A day earlier, he met Union home minister Amit Shah. During the meeting, Gangwar apprised Shah of the current situation in Jharkhand and briefed him on various important issues related to the state, Lok Bhavan said. “The two leaders discussed matters concerning the state’s development, governance and other key areas of interest,” it said, adding that the meetings were part of Governor’s engagements in the national capital on issues of significance to Jharkhand.
