Jamshedpur: The president of the Jamshedpur Local Trailer Owners Association (JLTOA) Jai Kishore Singh was brutally attacked by about 20 unidentified people armed with lathis at a parking zone in Burmamines police station limits on Wednesday. Singh went to the site along with fellow members of the association to stage a demonstration when he was attacked.He claimed that the assailants were goons hired by different vendor companies associated with manufacturing companies operating in the industrial city.
The Burmamines police station in-charge, Dilip Kumar Yadav, said that the injured person lodged a complaint in the matter and probe is on.
