Jake Dennis has opened up about his trip to Spain and how he managed to secure points after finishing sixth at the Madrid E-Prix. His fiancee, Lexi Grace Boosey, also accompanied him to Madrid and shared some candid glimpses from their visit. The couple have another connection with Spain, where they have been working on their new home in Marbella. Boosey has provided several updates on the interior work in recent weeks and hinted that they may be moving in soon.

Jake Dennis recently signed a multi-year extension with Andretti, having been part of the team since his Formula E debut. He returned to the track following the announcement and finished sixth at the Circuito del Jarama.He took to Instagram to share a few pictures from the Round 6 race and wrote: “6th in Madrid. A messy weekend with a mix of all conditions, but we came away with some points. Not where we want to be as a team just yet, so some homework to do! Overall, what a great event it was for FE’s first time at Jarama. Awesome track and a fully sold-out event!”Sharing more pictures from off the track, his fiancee Lexi Grace Boosey captioned her post: “Madrid momento.”A few days earlier, she had shared several pictures of their new house in Spain and hinted at their move. “2.5 years down. 2 weeks to go,” she wrote in the caption.

Jake Dennis on his contract extension with Andretti

Jake Dennis began Season 12 with a win in Sao Paulo and later proposed to Boosey in December. He is currently eighth in the championship with 47 points.Speaking about his contract extension with Andretti during media day in Madrid, Dennis said, “Honestly, it was a pretty easy decision in the end. We had multiple options on the table, but from our side it was always Andretti. That was the priority, and we managed to come to an agreement on a multi-year deal, so everything is aligned with our future goals.”He added in an interview with Formulae.com, “It’s obvious we want to try and get back to the top. I’m excited to continue in Formula E as well. The GEN4 car sounds very promising and exciting, and the championship is moving to new levels with a longer calendar and more exciting locations. I think Formula E is in a great place right now.
