Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has signaled cautious openness to ending the ongoing conflict, stating that a U.S. proposal is currently under review by top leadership in Tehran. However, he clarified that indirect exchanges through mediators cannot be considered formal negotiations or dialogue with the United States. The proposal, reportedly pushed by U.S. President Donald Trump, includes sweeping demands such as dismantling Iran’s highly enriched uranium stockpile, halting nuclear enrichment, curbing its ballistic missile program, and cutting ties with regional allies. While details remain undisclosed officially, the proposal has triggered intense geopolitical debate.
