Inspira Enterprise has announced a strategic partnership with ServiceNow aimed at delivering AI governance, cybersecurity and enterprise workflow solutions to organizations globally.
As part of the collaboration, Inspira has implemented ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower (AICT) as a governance platform for managing its AI ecosystem. The platform is used to provide visibility and oversight across AI assets, including AI agents, workflows, models, datasets and prompts throughout their lifecycle.
According to the company, more than 50 AI agents have been deployed across functions such as identity and access management, threat and vulnerability management, cyber defence, risk management and internal business operations. The implementation has reportedly resulted in increased AI adoption and improvements in operational productivity.
The AICT platform is also intended to support AI portfolio management, risk oversight, regulatory compliance and governance processes for organizations deploying AI technologies.
The partnership follows ServiceNow’s acquisitions of Veza and Armis and expands Inspira’s capabilities across identity governance, asset intelligence, IT operations, security management and AI governance.
Inspira’s ServiceNow-focused Center of Excellence (ICNOW) supports deployments across multiple industries and includes pre-built use cases and cybersecurity implementation frameworks designed to accelerate adoption of ServiceNow technologies.
The partnership reflects growing demand for governance frameworks that help organizations manage AI deployments, security requirements and compliance obligations as AI adoption scales across enterprise environments.
