Dhanbad: In a bid to promote scientific temperament and improve learning outcomes among underprivileged students, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad on Saturday conducted a training session on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) at Bhagirath Brahmachari High School, Rajganj, Baghmara.The initiative is part of an ongoing outreach programme under an MoU signed between Bharat Coking Coal Ltd (BCCL) and IIT (ISM) on July 22, 2024, to support children from Project Affected Person (PAP) families and other disadvantaged sections.Around 200 students from Classes IX and X participated in the session. The programme combined visual demonstrations, logical reasoning and simple experiments to make science engaging and easy to understand.
