Over 160 players from prominent badminton playing clubs across Mumbai will be seen in action in the prestigious Motiram, Ullal & Kanji Cup, carrying a prize pool of Rs 1 lakh, to be hosted by the Willingdon Sports Club from May 13 to 17, 2026.The tournament, which will see three events held concurrently, for men, women and juniors respectively, is being organised by the Greater Mumbai Badminton Association (GMBA),managed and promoted by Badminton Gurukul, with Yonex Sunrise serving as the Equipment Partners. 14 teams will be competing in the Motiram Cup for men with 6 each in the Ullal Cup for men and the Kanji Cup for juniors.“We are delighted to host the prestigious Motiram, Ullal & Kanji Cup at Willingdon Sports Club.
