HSA Advocates has announced the expansion of its partnership through the integration of the practice of Shashank Singh Associates, effective 1 July 2026. The Delhi-based firm, led by Shashank Singh, brings established capabilities in direct tax, white-collar crime, and general corporate advisory.
Singh, who has over 16 years of experience, is known for advising on tax structuring for both domestic and cross-border transactions, infrastructure financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and FEMA-related matters.
As part of the integration, S. K. Singh joins HSA Advocates as Special Advisor. A former Indian Revenue Service officer with nearly 36 years of service, he retired as Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (International Taxation), Delhi. His expertise spans direct and international taxation, transfer pricing, and financial crime matters across both advisory and litigation domains.
The team joining HSA also includes principal associates Arjun Minocha and Sourav Vig. Minocha brings 13 years of experience in civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, with a focus on white-collar crime under the PMLA, tax disputes, banking, and insolvency matters. Vig has over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial law, including structuring, contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory and tax advisory.
