Bengaluru: An HR manager of a food and beverage service firm at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) has been booked for sexual harassment based on a criminal complaint filed by a 26-year-old woman.According to the FIR registered by KIA police, the complainant accused the HR manager of sexually harassing her since Sept 24 this year. “He snatches my mobile phone and checks it. He prevents me from speaking to others. At times, he forced me to show him the tattoo on my chest. On Sep 30, he called me into a room where he stripped himself and flashed. Also, he forced me to remove my clothes,” the complainant stated in the FIR.The accused has been booked under BNS sections 78 (stalking) and 79 (word, gesture, or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman). “We issued notice to the accused and took his statements,” an officer said.
