Ramgarh: The Ramgarh administration has restarted the home guard recruitment process, which had been on hold after applications were invited earlier. The candidate list for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) has now been prepared.The next phase was reviewed at a meeting chaired by Deputy commissioner Rituraj on Saturday, who directed officials to complete all upcoming stages within the stipulated time in a transparent and rule-bound manner.Home Guard Commandant Neelima Sore informed the meeting that scrutiny of all applications received from candidates has been completed. Taking note of this, the DC directed that the list of candidates whose applications have been rejected be published along with the reasons, while ensuring that the further process is carried out strictly as per rules.“The list of rejected applications must be published with reasons so that complete transparency is maintained in the recruitment process,” DC Rituraj said.He also instructed officials to prepare a detailed roadmap for conducting the PET in coordination with the recruitment committee. The DC asked them to complete all preparations on time, keeping in view facilities, safety, discipline and compliance with prescribed rules for candidates.After the meeting, Rituraj and other officials inspected Sidhu-Kanhu maidan. He reviewed facilities at the ground for various PET events and issued directions for necessary arrangements. He also asked officials to prepare an event-wise plan and ensure smooth conduct of the examination.Ramgarh SP Mukesh Kumar Lunayat, DDC Ashish Agrawal, SDO Krishna Murari Tirkey, Confidential in charge Ravindra Kumar Gupta, Dy SP Alok Ranjan, SDPO Patratu Raghavendra Sharma and others attended the meeting.
