Chennai: Police are investigating a series of bomb hoax emails sent to Queen Mary’s College, actor S Ve Sekhar, and the Madras Club on Thursday. No explosives were found at any of the sites.Police said an email threatening a blast was sent to the official email ID of Queen Mary’s College on Kamarajar Road. College authorities alerted the police, following which bomb detection and disposal squad personnel searched the campus. No suspicious objects were found.Similar emails were sent to the house of S Ve Sekhar in Mandaveli and to Madras Club on Boat Club Road in RA Puram. Police carried out searches at both locations and confirmed there were no explosives.
