Hiral Motta has re-joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a partner in its Real Estate Practice. She will be based in the Mumbai office.
Prior to re-joining CAM, Motta worked with K Raheja Corp as Vice President Legal for Commercial vertical. She joined erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. in 2007.
Motta comes with over twenty years of experience in the real estate sector. She has been involved in several real estate transactions involving FDI investment, acquisition of agricultural lands, drafting of transaction documents–acquisition/disposal, leasing and development.
