Hero Realty has appointed Sachin Sharma as its new Chief Legal Advisor. With over 22 years of post-qualification experience, he is a highly respected legal professional with deep expertise in litigation strategy, insolvency resolution, structured finance, real estate transactions, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Hero Realty, he served as the senior-most legal advisor at Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide legal, regulatory, and dispute management matters

Over the years, he has earned a reputation for handling high-stakes issues with a practical, solution-oriented approach, having led the RERA registration of multiple projects across several states, structured and closed complex lease rental discounting transactions, and spearheaded legal execution for large-scale institutional funding arrangements.
