Hero Realty has appointed Sachin Sharma as its Chief Legal Advisor. Prior to joining Hero Realty, Sharma served as the senior-most legal advisor at Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties.
With over 22 years of post-qualification experience, Sharma comes with expertise in litigation strategy, insolvency resolution, structured finance, real estate transactions, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
As Chief Legal Advisor, he will provide strategic legal guidance to the leadership team, oversee key litigation and regulatory matters, and support the organisation’s governance and transaction framework.

Sharma’s board-level advisory experience will further strengthen Hero Realty’s legal, governance, and risk management framework.
