Prayagraj: The Allahabad High Court has expressed its displeasure over non availability of the files of those cases which are listed before it and directed the registrar general to explain the reason for such lapses.Hearing a plea filed by one Haseen Miyan, Justice Vikram D Chauhan fixed July 30 as the next date of hearing. The court directed the registrar general to explain the reason and take immediate action.It was being noticed by this court that several files listed in the cause list were not being sent to the court by the registry, which was causing inconvenience to the advocates and interference in the administration of justice.The court in its order dated July 21 directed that a copy of this order be sent to the registrar general for compliance.
