The historic Hatia Ganga Mela will be celebrated in the city on Tuesday and the residents will enjoy Holi celebrations, recalling the historic event linked with Rajjan Babu Park.The customary ‘Rango Ka Thela’ procession will begin from Rajjan Babu Park. District magistrate Jitendra Pratap Singh and the police commissioner will hoist the tricolour, pay floral tributes to the revolutionaries, and flag off the colourful procession.The procession will pass through major city areas before returning to Rajjan Babu Park. Later, the main Ganga Mela will begin around 4 pm at Sarsaiya Ghat, where district officials, political leaders of different parties, and prominent citizens will gather to exchange greetings .
